At Planet Caravan Smoke Shop, we strive for complete satisfaction with every purchase; however, due to the nature of our products, we offer a 14-day return window for unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the unused items to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack the unused products in their original manufacturer packaging and place them inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Return

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier of your choice to send the package back to our main distribution hub for inspection.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team verifies the items are in brand-new, sellable condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
