What kind of packaging do you use for shipping?
We prioritize your privacy and the safety of your items. All orders are shipped in discreet, plain cardboard boxes or padded mailers with no external branding, using heavy-duty protective wrap for fragile glass.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout, domestic delivery usually takes between 3 to 7 business days.
What is your return policy for glass products?
Due to the nature of the products, we can only accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Used items are strictly non-returnable for sanitary and legal reasons.
What should I do if my item arrives broken?
While we pack every item with extreme care, accidents can happen. If your item arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the broken item and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery, and we will send a replacement immediately.
Do you require age verification for purchases?
Yes. In compliance with federal and state laws, all customers must be at least 21 years of age to purchase from our shop. We use a secure third-party service to verify your age during the checkout process.
What payment methods do you accept?
